Returns/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase of an item.
Returns must have original tags attached and be free of any odors, pet hair or damage caused by the client.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.
To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name and the product description (refer to the SWISH product tag).

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. You will not be reimbursed for shipping charges.
We cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
